Chardonnay 50%, Semillón 50%.

Tasting Notes:
This sparkling wine has soft hints of greenish yellow color with fine and persistent perlage.  Its aromas remind of white fruits typical of Chardonnay such as peach and pineapple, combined with subtle floral touch contributed by the Semillón.  It is fresh in the palate with the strength given by its youth, a marked fruit stamp and an outstanding balance of acidity.  A delicate sparkling wine with pungency, strength and fine nature.

Ageing potential:
2 years.

Recommended wine serving temperature:
8°C.

Recommended pairings:
A perfect match for seafood such as prawns, clam and shellfish.  It also harmonizes with sushi and white fish ceviches.
