Tasting Notes:
Luigi Bosca Sauvignon Blanc is pale yellow with green reflections to the eye.  It is an elegant combination of aromas of citric and tropical fruit, and herbal notes including rue and tomato leaves and some mineral notes.  Soft and fresh palate with a compact and dry finish in the mouth.

Ageing potential:
3 years.

Recommended wine serving temperature:
Between 10°C to 12°C.

Recommended pairings:
Due to its youth, it is a perfect match for an aperitif or dishes such as ceviches, lean fish and sea sautés such as calamareti and fried squids.
